INTRODUCTION OF DRIVING RANGE

The new golf driving range was commissioned on 05.12.2020 and was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Lt. Governor, Delhi. The total length of driving range is 250 yards. The driving range is a double decker range which is night lit. The new golf driving range includes the followings:-

(a) It has 28 bays i.e. 14 bays on each level it has a artificial turf putting green area,

(b) There is a fitting room for golf clubs including pro shop.

(c) There is a simulator room which has seprate charges.

(d) There is also a cafeteria for the visiting of golfers.

Rules & Regulations of Driving Range

1.  All golfers are advised to register at the Reception prior to usage of the driving range.

2.  Children below the age of 12 years must be supervised by an adult. Guardians/parents assume the responsibility of the children’s behavior and actions at all times.

3.  No reservation of practice bays is allowed unless authorized by the Management.

4.  Only one player is allowed to practice on a driving range mat. Do ensure that no one is near while practicing.

5.  No practice of swing outside the practice mat area is permitted.

6.  Smart sporting attire is compulsory for practice on the driving range and golf academy.

7.  Usage of woods/hybrids on level 2 is strictly prohibited. Only irons are permitted on level 2.

8.  No retrieval of dropped balls from the metal canopy mesh or from the range outfield.

9.  Only coaches authorized by Qutab Golf Course are allowed to coach at the premises. Golfers are reminded not to engage unlicensed person (s) to provide golf lessons. List of coaches is displayed at the Reception.

10.  Only the proshop and coffee shop in the academy premises is authorized to sell/rent equipment, merchandise and F&B. Strict action will be taken against coaches, caddies or any other unauthorized person soliciting business.

11.  Non-practicing visitors are to remain outside the practice bay.

12.  Qutab Golf Course range balls are strictly for use on the driving range only and are not allowed to be used on the golf course.

13.  Qutab Golf Course reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone for violating any of these rules.

14.  Golfers hitting woods and drivers are advised to aim towards the center of the driving range.

15.  Proper decorum while training should be maintained. Management reserves the right to expel the user for misbehavior or for not observing the rules and regulations.

16.  Players causing deliberate damage to any equipment/fixture in the facility would be responsible for replacing/repairing the equipment at their own cost. For subsequent such instance, the user can also debarred from using the facility.

17.  Players should take care of their personal belongings. Management shall not be responsible for any loss.

18.  Hours of operations:-
Summers (01 March to 30 November)  - 6.00 AM to 9.00 PM.
Winters (01 December to 28 February)  - 6.30 AM to 8.30 PM.
Driving range shall remain closed on Wednesday.

19.  Fee Structure:-

Green Fee
Member - Nil
Non-member - Rs. 150/-
Foreigner/NRI - Rs.300/- (including GST)
Bucket of 50 ball - Rs. 100/-
