| 30 | Indian Bank has extended a Special Home Loan Campaign for fresh allottees of “DDA Towering Heights East Delhi Hub, Karkardooma Housing scheme 2025”. Under the campaign, home loans are offered at attractive interest rates based on CIBIL score — 7.05% for CIBIL 800 & above, 7.10% for CIBIL 750–799 and 7.15% for CIBIL 730–749.
