System Audit and Grievance Redressal (SA&GR) of DDA, is a department where the citizens can register their complaints and grievances through online mode for faster and speedy disposal. Complaints and grievances received from various portals and applications are forwarded to the concerned departments/branches. These are regularly monitored for their prompt disposal.

SA&GR department handles online public grievance portals of CPGRAMS, LG Listening Post (LGLP), Samasya Nidaan Sewa (SNS) Mobile App-311, Public Grievance Management System (PGMS) and also deals with grievances received through offline mode.

In addition, SA&GR also co-ordinates Action Taken Reports received from MPs, MLAs, and Ministers Etc.
