The mobile Smartcity-311 application designed by DDA for computerization of Public Grievances Management System activities of DDA. DDA has played an important role in the planned development of Delhi as a smart city and it is necessary to address the grievances and issues pertaining to the citizens to put efforts for timely disposal of pending grievances. For handling Encroachment and other citizen related grievances there is a need to develop the Android based Mobile application. SMARTCITY-311 mobile app is user friendly software in which officers can register themselves on the app and app comprises of various modules related to field inspection for officials assigned duties for making onsite inspection in performing their duties, GPS Attendance for marking attendance linked with google maps acquiring GPS location and Complaints Redressal module containing complaints made by citizens. The app also includes notification feature where user receives messages/ updates related to work and various other tasks.
