Status of Land Pooling

Land Pooling web-portal

Online Portal has been opened on four (04) occasions.
6 hectares out of 19074 hectares of land has been pooled, which is 36.3% of the total poolable land.
DDA has appointed two consultants for preparation of detailed infrastructure design of 109 Sectors. Based on the outcome of these two studies, DDA will be able to finalise the EDC charges applicable to the Land Pooling Zones/Sectors.
Mapping of pooled land for 101 sectors is uploaded on the website.
