Decentralized STP
DDA started the planning of installation of decentralized STPs/Wastewater Treatment Plants in the month of January 2020 with the target to install 100 such plants. These Decentralized Wastewater Treatment Plants based on treatment technologies such as MBBR (Moving bed biofilm reactor), Constructed Wetlands, in-situ bioremediation etc. which involves the collection, treatment & reuse of wastewater from nearby sewers/drains as per the daily irrigation/horticulture requirements of the park.
