A. The allotment of built up shops in Local Shopping Centre, Convenient Shopping Centre etc. are made through e- tender/e-auction. However, as per policy of reservation, allotment to SC/ST, Physically Handicap, Ex-servicemen etc. are made by inviting application and is allotted by holding draw of lot at Pre-determined rate.

A.As far as allotment to Religious Category and Govt. is concerned it is stated that on completion of codal formalities and confirmation of land use, ownership status and litigation status, are made in favor of Society/Semi govt. and Government Agencies.

A.Building activities for the industrial estates have been transferred to MCD hence unauthorized construction is looked after by MCD.

A.Yes. He can apply for restoration of lease deed subject to removal of breaches for which lease was determined.

A.Request for restoration of lease deed can only be acceded to, if the breaches for which lease was cancelled have been removed and the unit give consent in the form of undertaking that it will pay all applicable penal charges including restoration charges.

A.Wherever the breaches for which lease was cancelled has not been removed, in that case request of the unit for restoration of lease deed cannot be acceded to.

A.The misuse charges cannot be waived off. However as per circular dated 4.8.15 provision of some rebate in the misuse charges is available. The quantum of rebate will depend upon the category in which any case falls. Click here

A.If there is any title dispute between the original allottee and the purchaser, the same need to be settled through court of law.

A.In partnership firm, if a new partner enters or one of the existing partners is retired from the partnership firm and the same does not fall under the family definition, UEI will be attracted on the share, so transferred.

A.In the case of Company, the unit needs to submit the details of the change of share holders/subscribers duly certified by Chartered Accountant. If any of the shares transferred outside the family definition, UEI will be attracted on the share, so transferred.
