Activation of lake edge Hauz Khas Lake

Hauz Khas Lake is adjacent to the Hauz Khas urban village. The lake attracts visitors from all across the city and specifically brims with daily users for morning and evening walks along the periphery of the lake. DDA is all set to tap the potential of this lakefront into a dynamic and appealing public space by including active recreational nodes like waterfront restaurants, seating areas, sculptures, lawns etc. to provide the visitors a culturally immersive experience which completely revives the image of public spaces in the city. The periphery loop is provided with pedestrian- friendly surface and additional resting spaces that adds to the comfort of morning and evening walkers.
